✨KAYAKING IN LAKE TAHOE✨ We did this awesome clear kayak tour on the North Shore with @clearlytahoe in Incline Village and I highly recommend it! We did the 1.5 hour tour which was the perfect amount of time out in the water. They launched us out of Sand Harbor Beach and we paddled out to beautiful Bonzai Rock. The guide was really fun and told us lots of facts about Lake Tahoe during the paddling. The water was so beautiful and changed colors in different parts of the lake. Truly my favorite kayaking experience I’ve had yet! At 1,645 ft it is the second deepest lake in the US and 16th deepest in the world. 💙Lake Tahoe is estimated to be about 2 million years old and among 20 of the oldest lakes in the world 💙The water in Lake Tahoe in 99.994% pure which is almost as pure as drinking water making it one of the purest lakes in the world. 💙The water in Lake Tahoe is always cold. Ranging from 40 degrees in the winter to 65 degrees in the summer. But it never freezes over because of the depth. The more you know!
